  • A company without human

The idea is that we will create agentic AI to replace human workers across all business lines.

For example, to establish a software development agency, the following positions are typically required:

    1. CEO
    2. Marketing
    3. Sales
    4. Project Manager
    5. Finance
    6. Systems Analysts
    7. Full-Stack Developers
    8. Quality Assurance

Simply put, we’ll create AI agents to fill each of these roles,

but of course, it’ll be difficult to build AI with the capabilities and contextual knowledge that align with the specific needs of those roles,

and that’s where the challenge lies.

  • AI that reduces dependence

    Independence,

Am I wrong to think that one of the weaknesses of people today is their dependence on others?

It’s not just about people, to be more precise—it can probably be generalized to businesses as well.

for example, the noodle manufacturing industry—inevitably, this sector relies on its raw material suppliers and, of course, market demand,

and if we shift to businesses rooted in the digital economy, which seem less dependent on raw material supplies,

wouldn’t their operations be more flexible?

even though digital businesses still heavily rely on their employees—who generally seem to have it easy since they don’t deal with physical tasks—

even so, this dependence is now being threatened by the emergence of AI,

I mean, maybe we won’t need to deal with content writers anymore, since AI is already quite capable of writing for us

we no longer need to rely on programmers, since AI can already build applications for us,

though AI’s output is still considered subpar, it continues to learn, and people are also constantly learning how to maximize this potential,

a massive wave of change is currently underway.
